Work and sweat. For the beginner or the seasoned athlete, each WOD will aim for intensity for the athlete participating. This class will pack a punch with efficient programming to progress your weightlifting skills and gains in under 60 minutes.
101 classes are required for all new members at CrossFit Ana, unless you have CrossFit experience and have had a conversation with our coaches. They are also offered as addons if you’d like some individual coaching.
A time where we'll practice bodybuilding, olympic lifting, powerlifting, and barbell technique. Expect to work strength and skill, no cardio here. Additionally, it's a sanctioned hour to come do your own programming, stretch, do some make up work/accessory work. Free class to unlimited members, counts as a visit to limited memberships!
