New members to CrossFit ANA are required to do two private 101 sessions so we can catch you up on the movements regularly used in group classes. Together, we'll come up with the best plan to match your fitness goals.
At Crossfit ANA, we have morning, afternoon, and evening classes Monday through Friday. Each class can be modified for the beginner or advanced athlete. We also provide private sessions, nutrition coaching, and more!
We have a high value for functionality. Rather than focusing on specific body measurements at CrossFit ANA, we aim to train in such a way that heals and makes us “ready”. The goal is to be strong in all aspects of life and athletic situations. For many of us, we have to go back to the basics, train our weaknesses and heal our in-competencies. Once we have mastered the foundations, we then begin adding strength and intensity.
